Every quote is custom. In more detail:
- Number of props/elements: More styling zones = higher cost. A backdrop alone is less than a backdrop + dessert table + entrance feature + table centrepieces.
- Event size: A 10-table reception costs less to style than a 30-table reception (more centrepieces, more draping, larger team).
- Prop selection: Basic balloon garlands cost less than premium floral towers. Ceiling draping is more expensive than simple backdrop draping because it requires more labour and material.
- Setup complexity: Venues with difficult access (narrow doors, no loading dock, strict time windows) may require additional team members.
What does NOT affect our pricing: the day of the week (no weekend surcharge), the distance within our service area (delivery is included everywhere we service), or the time of day (no evening surcharge).
